酒店客房因為是新裝修的，很乾凈而且設施的檔次也不錯。酒店離開廣領館很近，出門步行不到五分鐘就到廣領館入口處，酒店離開花城廣場也很近，小蠻腰、圖書館、博物館等近在咫尺，而且酒店周邊餐飲也很方便，包括腸粉、肯德基麥當勞等，離開地鐵站步行也就五分鐘不到。去廣州旅遊或者廣領館簽證，特別方便。唯一不足就是總枱的服務員不夠熱情，當然也無所謂。

為了辦美簽訂的該酒店，酒店到美領館步行8分鐘就到，周邊也有很多好吃的美食，房間的裝修古早了些但是衞生還可以，訂的房間景色不錯！

到美簽麪簽地點步行距離步行5min，周圍有兩家比較出名的腸粉，銀記腸粉和荔銀腸粉，早上吃個腸粉，然後回房間放手機，拿上資料包去麪簽排隊，建議可以提前個一個半小時過去排隊，能早點進去。

裝修過的房間，房間比較大，衞浴間也不錯，比較乾淨衞生，但空調23度會自動停至熱酲，22度又冷，，早餐要7點半才開始，距離地鐵站近，附近有不錯的粥腸粉店。

地點是很不錯，價格在天河算便宜，再加上免費停車，有這些確實很好，服務人員我特別是給5星的，原因是因為我遇到房間沒有冷氣或暖氣，原因是因為他們的不知道是物業還是高管，覺得天氣不用提供冷或暖氣，所以就不提供了，第一次遇到他們需要提供的服務卻不提供，而且不是讓客人選擇，我是非常不滿意的，但服務人員用心盡力去解決問題是值得給讚。
