沒窗户是真的窒息，太講究了，連個插座都不露出來，充個手機在玩諜中諜。不過服務還可以，菜還蠻好吃，衞生間也很乾凈，服務還可以。

沒住過這樣的四星級酒店，感覺穿越到了八九十年代，反正看了房間就換了酒店住。大家擦亮眼睛看評分和評價吧。現在星級和價格都代表不了什麼了。

房間視野蠻好，適合出差出遊住。廣州老字號餐廳，吃飯就在樓下，特別是華苑蛋，招牌鴿十分入味。有點遺憾，早茶早餐油條己經涼了。不過凡是住客都免費早餐就非常贊，因為我定房時顯示無早餐。

環境好服務棒，地址在夏園地鐵站附近，一路走上來就可以了，有很高的辨識度，前台服務也特別好，所有問題都能快速解答。

特別差！！！環境其實還行，衞生也還行！但是去到就有一種回到7-8-90年代的感覺，雖然是能感覺到酒店做了升級如：裝了電視和網線，但一切就又簡樸又陳舊。其實環境這樣，作為老牌酒店無可厚非。但工作人員的態度是永遠不用有提升了嗎？真的客房服務人員讓我的感覺就是回到了0405年的那種很竄很gou💩的看待住房客人的感覺，完全看不懂，現在新的酒店、公寓，無論幾星都好都已經不會這樣了，但在自己竟然有種穿越的感覺。幾個服務員説些閑話收拾着客房，面對客人的請求愛搭不理甚至還要説這個不給那個不給的吐槽。要清楚他們是服務人員啊，現在都什麼世紀了，還是這個態度？街邊的阿婆都比她們態度要好。最後就是早餐，還過得去，但有一些就是前一晚收市沒賣完的感覺，不夠新鮮，另外點了一些廣州傳統早點，也是現成的，特別水晶皮都蒸破了，也完全不好吃，冷凍的然後。。反正真的很不滿意，完全列入黑名單的地步
