1、入住方面
優點: 入住方便，手續快，app訂購瞭然後打電話添加微信，房東發入住的房間號和密碼。流程很快很簡潔
缺點: 這樣導致入住的人員複雜，有很多安全隱患，我當時去的時候，身份證，房東都沒要求看。
2、衞生方面
優點:設備幾乎齊全，拖鞋，衣架，熱水，衞生間，吹風機，洗浴的東西都齊全
缺點: 床被床褥不是很乾凈，我當時進門看到那個枕頭我要是沒細看，我真覺得是個包漿枕頭，仔細看才知道原來是枕頭套的原色就是黃色的。不過確實改換了，味道還是比較大的。第二個就是沙發和擺設，也並沒有app房間預覽的圖片那樣好看，漂亮。比圖片上面遜色很多。沙發也有點舊，衹是鋪了個毛毯蓋着不明顯，我掀起毛毯看，沙發已經有發黑發舊了。
3、周遭環境方面
優點: 樓下就是萬達廣場，走下去右轉十米就看得到一個商場入口，直接進去再下樓就是增城小吃街了。吃喝比較便捷。
缺點: 周圍的公寓普遍是類似的，房子挨的比較近，當初我住的房間和隔壁房幾乎是門挨着門。略顯擁擠。
4、總結
總結來説，還是希望能改善一下衞生方面。
