這價格擺在那裡，還是非常有性價比的，大學城北商業街中心位置，比較適合學生過夜，衞生環境很一般，房間很小。

這個公寓設施很差，與宣傳圖片不符，衞生間沒有馬桶，衹是蹲坑，門的合頁螺絲的掉了，門都快掉下來了也沒人管，門上還有個大洞，房間內包括衞生等的確非常差，窗户開的，一晚上讓蚊子咬了好幾個苞，這是出行最差的一次。價格還高，也不知老闆怎麼想的，要做就好好弄弄。

多年畢業回大學城訂了這家公寓。雖然不能和外面酒店相比，但是在大學城中民宿公寓中算是很不錯的了。當時訂衹期望衞生乾淨安靜就行。房間總體衞生不錯，周圍環境也很安靜。前台阿姨也很好説話，幫我們免費更換到投影房，服務很贊。幫忙寄存行李。贊一個

公寓位於大學城小吃街後面的民房裡。
設施比較陳舊，房間有點黴味。
因為展會期間，價格上漲比較多。
正常情況下就是一百元左右的檔次吧。
優點是周邊吃晚飯比較方便。
