The price is cheap and the hygiene is good. The place is in an alley in an urban village, like a renovated rental house. The sound from the next room can be heard clearly. More suitable for temporary settlement.

房間大 衞生可以 附近吃飯的地方多 隔音雖然一般但到了晚上還是挺安靜的。（大部分都是來考試的所以房東也會特別叮囑大家安靜）最最主要的是房東特別貼心！來華南理工考試，房東帶着去認了去學校路，就不擔心兩眼一抹黑的找路了，還祝我考試順利。人挺好的！

房間整潔乾淨，房間空調，熱水，wifi 一次性洗漱用品都有，老闆非常熱情，公寓出來石穗村的小吃小炒很多，吃飯方便。

大學城這個價位能住到這麼好的公寓真的超值 去的比較晚老闆問我們是不是第一次來住 很熱情地幫我們升級了大床房 房間環境很不錯 設施都挺新的 電視超級大而且手機投屏很流暢一點也不卡（這個就已經超越99%大學城酒店了）衞生間空間也很大 位置就在華工附近 晚上出了巷子有很多小吃攤 真心覺得特別特別好

店主人特別好！因為是去附近的華南理工考試，店主還帶人生地不熟的我去認路（離華南理工的東門很近！）然後公寓前面一點就有小吃街，有很多吃的，也可以點外賣到公寓門口，很便利！

不能開專票和住宿水單，但是老闆服務態度很好，離華南理工大學比較近，值得住宿。另外隔音確實有點不好，建議帶耳塞。
