這家賓館還是不錯的，華農裏面唯一一家，各方面做的不錯哈，在裏面可以看看學校的風景，跟美食，入住首推這家

衞生真的特別特別差勁 半夜有一衹拇指大的蟑螂趴在牆上 還有兩衹壁虎 一大一小😡😡😡😡巨噁心！！

設備非常落後和陳舊，嚴格的説根本沒有淋浴間，直接在小小的坐廁旁邊裝了個淋浴，所以要在廁所旁邊洗澡，洗澡之後整個廁所都是濕漉漉的，吹風機非常不夠力，短頭髮都要分很多次吹還吹不幹，水放了很久也依然有點涼，天氣再冷點估計會感冒，窗户衹是一個玻璃擺設而已，完全打不開的那種，唯一的好處就是在華農校園裡，環境是無敵的，考試或聚會是很方便的。綜合來説，性價比和體驗很一般。

我衹能説這個價格（三百＋，高峯期398＋）根本不值得，能住很好的酒店了。唯一的優勢是在華農校內，可以狠狠割一波學生。和校內其他（收費昂貴難以停車需要用總沒有的共享電動車等）一起咯，別人不知道的還以為是華農風格呢。
骯臟的地毯，腐敗的黴味，不開空調怎麼也掩飾不了的惡味，床具和地毯讓我以為這是個從民國開到現在的旅店，電視讓我明白了，不對，是07年，那時候有台不到40寸的液晶電視也很高端了吧。
牆角的曱甴和繞着亮度不足的陳舊射燈的蚊子讓我覺得自己也是和它們一樣的陰暗動物，可是房費是我付的，它們在免費享用！我倒是連陰暗動物也不如了。

賓館環境綠化特別好，賓館內還有個小花園，房間有點古香古色的韻味、衞生整潔乾淨，從酒店大堂去餐廳特別方便，地理位置又好，附近停車也方便，夜裡安靜好入睡，空氣清新，校內可以遊玩，風景好啊

去之前很擔心實物和圖片差距大，結果擔心完全多餘的，房間衞生乾淨，酒店大堂、走廊、餐廳都沒話説，地理位置又好，附近停車也方便，值得一住

如果竹園的豪雙480元的話，那麼四中有430元應該連交給華南，而竹園本身的服務及設施，給面子的話值50元/晚。

來找朋友玩耍，交通方便，五山地鐵a出口就是學校正門了。幾百米就到了這個賓館，訂了一個標雙，環境不錯，床鋪舒適，安靜舒適，環境不錯啊，還有個餐廳，中午順便吃了飯再繼續去耍的，方便極了，還會再來的～
