Let me start by saying that the only advantage is convenient transportation.
There are many similar apar**ents nearby
1. The address written on the website is not the same place as the actual place where you live.
2. The room facilities are old and dirty, and only three of the four light bulbs are on.
3. The cleaning was not careful, and there were PET bottles left by the previous tenant.
4. The water heater is hot and cold, and you have to adjust the water temperature several times every 10 minutes of taking a shower.
5. Poor sanitary environment and cockroaches
6. If you live on a high floor, the elevator will take a long time.
When I made the reservation, the room price rose to more than 800 RMB per night during the exchange meeting. Otherwise, it was only more than 200 RMB per night.

First of all, it is hard to find the registration place of the apar**ent after exiting the subway station!
The registration place is not in the same building as the accommodation place. The waiter will give you a card and tell you which building it is. You can find it by yourself. No one will lead you!
The hygiene, bed and area of the apar**ent are OK.
Convenient transportation, very close to Wanshengwei.
It is very convenient to eat around!
One stop away from the Canton Fair!
It is best to live with two people. It is a bit scary to live alone. The waiter doesn’t know where it is.
