一標準房還沒我家廁所大小的房間居然還漲價到521了

房間偏小，估計也就10多平方，不過這個價格在越秀那區域來説算是良心價了…工作人員服務態度還行，總的來説還算可以

下水道堵塞，洗個澡能把浴室淹了。新裝修也衹是把牆粉刷一遍，設備沒有更換，門也不隔音，外面説話聽的一清二楚，然後走廊的地毯也是非常臟，電梯也是壞的，一樓的電梯門會卡住
