酒店位置比較偏，距離嘉禾望崗地鐵站有5站遠，樓下就有公交站台，交通方便。房間比較小，床尾幾乎貼着牆角了。酒店春節期間不供應早餐。裝修比較新，衞生可以。床墊太軟。

訂的套房做結婚出門酒店，但是整體過程都非常鬧心不愉快。不會再入住第二次。 1、各個平台各個時段點進去看，同一個房型的價格都不一樣的，一定要比價。此外，本來在線下店裡諮詢的時候，前台説同時訂多套房的話，讓我找銷售價格會更低，結果銷售給出的價格比平台上的還貴100+。 2、清潔衞生不到位，當天11點到酒店辦理入住，進房間手往掛衣服的櫃子一擦，都是灰塵，於是我用紙巾擦了一下，紙巾都是黑的塵。去跟前台要保潔，前台説二次清潔要清潔費，我問她房間已經清潔過了嗎，為什麼沙發櫃子都是塵，於是把紙巾的照片給她看，她才安排保潔。我在房間看着，阿姨們一塊布擦到底，擦了房間擦了窗台、櫃子和沙發，就洗了一次。 3、馬桶水壓低，上廁所後導致房間有味散不去，有排氣扇的按鍵，但是我檢查了一下入住的套房並沒有看到有安裝排氣扇，味道一直散不去，被迫開着空調製冷散味。（電梯比房香） 4、提前了一個月訂的房，入住前一週致電酒店説明我是用於出嫁酒店，瞭解是否有附加費，前台告知如果不放禮炮，把佈置的東西都拆走，是不會有附加費。我入住前一天也跟前台確認了一遍。於是當天入住時候，叮囑了親友不要放禮炮，也如實沒有放禮炮，走的時候家裡人還特意留下來搞好了衞生裝垃圾袋裡，佈置的東西也都拆走了。但是走了之後酒店打電話來要我補交100清潔費，我問哪裡沒做好嗎，對方回覆“這邊是結婚用，都要收取100清潔費”，我向她瞭解是否哪裡的衞生沒做到位，對方表示沒有，然後繼續説:結婚酒店都是要收取100清潔費。我問她 為何沒有提前告知，對方卻倒打一耙説我沒有提前告知是用於出門酒店，我讓她查通話記錄，跟她説明我一週內2次致電，包括當天入住的時候也已經和酒店説明瞭我是用於出門酒店，讓她們搞好衞生。後來酒店自知理虧，才説向上申請免除清潔費，讓我給好點評價。 5、因為是接親，婚車比較多，而且按照習俗、擔心婚車掉隊，跟保安溝通能否先讓車出去，再計算總共多少台車，車出完了再結算，保安拒絕，並堅持一台台結算，10分鐘才出去了3台車，無奈下衹好給他們200塊，讓他開閘放行，不夠再補交，保安才同意。（因為一切從簡，接親過程總共約半小時，停車費一小時8元）。 6、唯一的好處是門前有停車場，樓下有吃飯的地方，隔壁有商場。

早餐很豐富，酒店內乾淨整潔，很適合旅行，商務出差，有需要的人可以進行預訂居住，非常推薦哦，前台服務也很好，整體來説非常滿意。下次再來廣州出差，還要來這家酒店。非常不錯的旅行體驗。
