雖然是新裝修的客房，但毫無安寧感。電視機擋道且走線亂作一團，衞生間地面積水，洗手盤有極噁心的毛髮。房間隔壁就是原來餐廳在裝修中，瀰漫説不清的氣味，朋友睡一晚出現皮膚過敏紅疹要吃葯......房間價格不低但性價比很低。服務人員態度不如十八線城市小旅館。以後不敢住！

在其它城市住過喆啡，喜歡它的咖啡特色，所以才定的這個，沒想到差別很大，設施很舊，餐廳都在施工，沒有照片上的咖啡吧，客房也不提供掛耳咖啡，客房的裝修還保留了大部分喆啡的風格和設施，但龍頭花灑這些五金都不一樣了，而且花灑漏水嚴重，提供的洗浴用品還比較齊全，也能及時補充更換，總體感覺下次不會再來

本來以為這個價格5星好評會有驚喜，結果是驚嚇。整體環境不好，設施陳舊，一股消毒水味。更在浴室發現2隻小強死在那裡，居然沒人清理，真實無語。強烈不推薦，強烈不推薦，強烈不推薦。同時要批評攜程這個評價模式，不把最新的評價放前面，誤導消費者。
