As soon as I got to the room, I smelled urine. The bed sheets and quilt covers didn't seem to have been changed. There were yellow spots. I called the front desk to ask them to change them. The auntie came and only changed the bed sheets and quilt covers, but not the pillowcases. She told me it was ok. I asked where the pillows were? Then she went to get the pillowcases.
