Hotel moderno, con arquitectura moderna, amplio y luminoso. Buen servicio y buena sensación de seguridad. Habitación amplia con plancha, refrigerador vacío, buen aire acondicionado, cafetera, cama cómoda, caja de seguridad y televisor con buena, selección de canales aunque con imagen poco nítida. Baño amplio aunque con poca presión de agua y griferia en la ducha que reclama una renovación. Buen WIFI gratuito, aunque había que conectar casa vez que se salía de cobertura. Buen restaurante, varios bares, buena piscina, tienda de conveniencia y boutique de ropa. Desayuno con poca variedad y calidad por debajo de lo esperado. Servicio gratuito de traslado al aeropuerto muy conveniente (a 5 minutos) Hay poco en los alredores para ir andando.

Participé en esta celebración por primera vez en este hermoso Hotel. A través del marketing digital previo todo parecía muy bien planificado. Sin embargo, la realidad durante el evento se puede describir con una sóla palabra “Caos”. En específico quisiera denotar algunas evidencias: 1. Sobrevendieron plazas; ya que, muchas familias estuvimos en mesas junto a otras familias. Y eso no estaba estipulado. Además que lo habitual es sent**** en un restaurante en una mesa por familia. 2. No cumplieron con el menú pautado. Los mesoneros tomaban la orden; pese a ello, te traían otra orden! Cuando reclamabas al respecto. Te respondían de manera arrogante que “era lo que estaba saliendo y que no podían hacer algo al respecto”. Muy mala atención por parte de los mesoneros. 3. La comida muy mala en general y fue servida fría. Lo peor…. 4. NO hubo buena planificación con el espectáculo de fuegos artificiales. Notificaron el inicio del mismo 5 minutos antes. Con ese tiempo la mayoría de las personas no tuvo tiempo de moviliz**** desde el salón de eventos hacia el área de la piscina para poder ver el espectáculo de fuegos artificiales. 5. El sónido y el grupo musical fue pésimo.

Este hotel es una excelente opción en la ciudad de Puerto Ordaz, su costo no es muy elevado considerando que es nuevo y tiene todos los servicios de un 5 estrellas. Yo lo recomiendo para viajes de negocio o de vacaciones. Tienen servicio de transfer desde y hacia el aeropuerto

Tienen un área cómo de lectura o trabajo justo al lado de la habitación un espacio súper cálido, acogedor de verdad, ese concepto me encantó. El diseño interno del hotel es impactante. El servicio y la atención impecables. Seguro que vuelvo.

Muy buena experiencia, lo recomiendo de verdad. Muy excelente el servicio, el personal muy amable y atentos. En mi próxima estadía regreso. La comida me pareció agradable y me recomendaron el vino de la casa que me pareció bueno.

Estuvimos en una habitación amplia, acogedora, la cama era de maravilla. Cenamos en el restaurante Castelo un lomito a la burrata para chup**** los dedos, la chef se destacó. El personal nos atendio súper bien sobretodo en la recepción.
