這家酒店在瓜州略偏一些，周圍就是一個公園，感覺組旅遊團來的客人較多，周邊環境還不錯，前台店員服務大姐都很熱情。就是住的房間完全沒有網絡，這樣人很崩潰，給老闆建議下，硬件還是要跟上的，樓上3人間，沒網絡電視也看不成，就是擺設了。

沒有早餐，房間挺乾淨的，電梯上次路過就在裝，現在還沒有裝好，住三樓行李自己拎上去的。有湖景，可惜衞生間的毛巾也太黑了，有點減分，建議真的可以更換一下了。空調吱吱吱的響，不開又熱。位置不錯，下了高速不遠就到了，門前停車場特別方便！

酒店的圖片有誤導性，以為圖片的大建築是酒店，實際是公園的建築，酒店就是邊上的小樓，房間小，衞生間門口正對床頭（有圖片）説是在張芝公園內，實際是公園外面邊上

瓜州最貴的幾家酒店之一，環境確實好，設施卻糟糕，服務更是差極了。訂了5間房，3間空調和水壓不行。尤其是三人房，在一個閣樓上，電梯衹能上三樓，最後一層的行李要手搬，兩個房間衹有一間有空調，熱水斷斷續續，後來乾脆連冷水都沒了。兩間房要求換房，總枱都撒謊説滿房，三人間鬧得兇了，半C夜十二點説有人退房，可以另外給一間，標間客人態度好就不給換，標準的欺軟怕硬。攜程介入處理投訴了，同意給免費早餐，前台還騙攜程上説早餐限量，人多會不夠吃，其實餐廳根本沒有服務員管理，誰想進就進，菜品也差。很少給差評，大家都不容易，但這家真是極其噁心的體驗。

酒店外觀不錯，座落在公園中，房間內的設施比較差，而且衞生更差，全是灰塵，衞生間的水滿地流，更可悲的是早餐去了連一碗粥都沒有了（8：30去的）早餐時間是7：00—9：00。

房間沒有異味，衞生很乾凈，晚上睡覺很安靜，洗澡水很温暖，但是由於是電熱水器，所以兩個人之間要間隔半小時，酒店後面就是湖景，很漂亮，門前的停車場很大，就是周邊沒有酒店，不過點外賣送來酒店房間也很方便。酒店的位置也很好找，下高速和上高速衹有兩三公里的路，很方便，酒店附近有加油站。

漏水，洗個澡房間都濕完了，周圍沒吃，開車轉了一圈才找到一間沒牛肉的牛肉麪店，離步行街開車12分鐘，
附近清真老馬燒烤，值得去，價格平易，態度好，地址在新洲裏文化生活廣場，帳篷⛺店
