This is the best hotel I had stayed in my six-week China travelling trip in three provinces. The room is roomy and very clean. The service is excellent and the breakfast is very good. I like it so much that I end up staying for 2 extra days upon returning from Tongren to Guiyang.
I would like to make a special thank you to Miss Huang Jin (at the front desk) who had been extremely helpful.

很驚喜的一家酒店！上午10點到的，前台直接給辦理了入住，看我們一家四口人，還免費升級了20樓的大房型。我經常出差、旅遊，也住過很多希爾頓旗下的酒店，這家是最好的，房間大且不説，裝修都是現代化的，自動窗簾、自動馬桶等，還貼心的配了微波爐、冰箱、洗水果的專用水池、碗筷勺等。一樓大廳，還有個免費飲料區，可以帶小孩去做草莓檸檬茶，肉桂咖啡等，好喝更好玩！酒店開業一年多，品牌定位是HOME，針對家庭出遊，真是非常好的選擇，可惜就是全國目前這種新型的酒店還比較少。服務人員的態度非常棒，每一個人的服務都非常好，無論是前台，還是餐廳。餐廳還貼心的介紹每款菜品，怕我沒看到，還喊我有現烤現吃的T骨牛排、魚排。每次出門或者回來，前台小姐姐都會熱情的打招呼，出門時候還不忘給塞上2瓶加熱過的瓶裝水，臨走的時候還送給小朋友小禮物，還包送到機場。真是心意滿滿！前台有一個小姐姐叫冷雪雪，很贊哦。做酒店服務業就要做到這個水平。希爾頓惠庭，我記住了。

超出我預期值的酒店，房間非常大，而且設施很棒，酒店前台會提前確定我的要求，到房間的時候已經提前插好了取電卡，空調也開好了，進去就很温暖。正逢元宵節，酒店早餐還準備了柿子湯圓。早上的送機服務也很好。前台的黃金小姐姐很熱情，送我們上車，還送了節日的龍年小卡包。總之對惠庭非常滿意。

酒店位置很清凈，周邊有奧特萊斯和多彩貴州城可以逛！新酒店各方面設施都很好，還有小廚房，微波爐菜板碗筷啥都有...房間裏的設計都很喜歡，房間非常大。不管是區域劃分還是傢俱用品都不錯，設計師是用心了的😃前台服務非常好，有問題都會馬上解答，非常感謝楊家俊小哥哥，給孩子送了早餐，送了小豬佩奇的洗漱用品，臨走親自把我們送上酒店安排的送機專車，同時還送了兩個孩子的小禮物！整體都非常滿意，以後在龍洞堡乘機或者坐地鐵，一定都會再來入住的！！

非常好的入住體驗，入住前就有工作人員甘先生提前對接，協助解決自帶的熟食冷凍問題，入住時恰巧身體不適，熱情提供熱水等，離店後有東西丟下，甘先生主動給聯繫快遞郵寄，全程非常貼心，體驗超棒。
房間衞生狀況非常好，床很舒適，距離機場很近，但是房間隔音很棒，沒聽到任何飛機轟鳴。非常適合出行中轉。
