小區環境很好，綠化多，安靜，也很大，樓下就有便利店、水果店、菜店等等，生活方便。民宿的地理位置比較優越，步行十分鐘可以到喀斯特公園，開車10分鐘內可以到閲山湖公園、觀山湖公園、地質博物館等景點；步行半小時左右可以到萬象滙或萬達廣場，購物比較方便。民宿是一個三室兩廳（兩個卧室一個書房），還有一個很大的陽台。周邊一公里左右是地鐵站，也有很多公交車，方便到達貴陽的各個景點。房東比較熱情，提出的問題都一一配合整改了。總體來説，是一個性價比高的民宿。提個小小的建議：希望將屋內的雜亂的東西進行清理，會讓民宿產生一個質的飛躍；老闆可以考慮重新拍幾張民宿的封面照片，我覺得房子實際比拍的照片好很多。

房子本身不錯，衹是房東好像沒有做好做民宿的準備，屋子裡東西太多了，到處是該清理出去的無關的東西，讓客人產生強烈的住在別人家的感覺，好像房東明天就要回來住了一樣。用心收拾一番，把大量無關的東西拿走，把空間釋放出來，肯定是個好民宿。
