Facilities: This is a national chain with standardized decor and management, so you can't go wrong. Service: The hotel offered a free upgrade to an executive room, and a butler even added me on WeChat beforehand for pre-arrival communication. Breakfast: The breakfast was extensive, and all the staff were very friendly.

Leo from the concierge team provided an excellent service. He was genuinely polite, handled requests efficiently and reliably, making the entire experience very comfortable. His professionalism was truly impressive. Plus, there are many great dining options nearby, which is very convenient.

The hotel service was fantastic! The front desk staff were proactive, enthusiastic, and thoughtful towards guests. The housekeeping team were kind and responsive. Borrowing an umbrella from reception was very convenient. The restaurant on the second floor had reasonable prices, fresh ingredients, an elegant ambiance, and attentive service, truly showcasing Guiyang's culinary specialties. The breakfast restaurant on the third floor was spacious with a rich variety of food, offering both Western and Chinese options – I was very satisfied with the service 👍 Oh, and the room service was also a nice touch, very ceremonial! The gym was well-equipped and spacious! Truly worthy of the Hilton name, I'm very satisfied and thankful!

Before check-in, the concierge, Lucas, added me on WeChat, which made communication very easy. Throughout our stay, Lucas was incredibly enthusiastic and helped us with many questions and requests. Thumbs up for the service! The hotel is about five or six years old, but the facilities are very well-maintained and it's quiet. It's conveniently located, about a 10-minute drive from museums, Guanshan Lake, and the dining street near the Convention and Exhibition Center. The hotel's own restaurants are also excellent, featuring authentic Guizhou flavors, and the food is delicious. It's one of the best hotel restaurants I've experienced. I highly, highly recommend staying here! It's so much better than a certain older hotel near Guanshan Lake. When we asked to have our two rooms together, Hilton was largely able to accommodate us. That other hotel, however, communicated with arrogance from the start and even told us to try asking other hotels. The difference in attitude was night and day.

The front desk staff were very enthusiastic and upgraded my room. All facilities and equipment were in good working order. Service staff across all departments were very courteous and attentive. In the breakfast restaurant, the staff were prompt in seating guests and clearing tables. The breakfast selection and quality were excellent. It's worth noting that the restaurant also provided allergen information. The afternoon tea in the lounge was nothing special, but the variety and quality of the dishes during happy hour were quite good. Overall, I was very satisfied with the hotel.

Booked a suite and got upgraded to a deluxe suite, which was much appreciated. However, the check-in process on the first day was slow and inefficient, as the front desk staff seemed unfamiliar with the procedures. Given that I was with a child, shouldn't they have proactively offered a toiletries kit? I must say, this is the worst Hilton I've ever stayed at. The service was nonexistent, and the hygiene was absolutely appalling. It was clear that the cake from the previous day was left uneaten and had gone stale overnight. Were they planning on keeping it as a specimen until the next day instead of cleaning? Complaining to the front desk was useless; they adopted a 'not my problem' attitude. It was simply terrible, terrible, terrible. Far inferior to the VIP building. Parents with children, blindly choose the VIP building instead.

Hilton remains a globally standardized hotel. I really appreciated having a 110V power outlet. Although I only stayed two days in Guiyang for Leon Lai's concert, I felt right at home.

Staying at this hotel on my first day in Guiyang, the room was very new, and both dinner and breakfast were excellent. The service was also great. I'd definitely choose Hilton again next time I'm in Guiyang.

Fantastic! The breakfast was superb, and the service was impeccable! It truly meets international five-star hotel service standards. The area is quiet, yet conveniently located, with plenty of restaurants and a Walmart supermarket just about a ten-minute walk away.
