The experience was great. We didn't have time to check out, so the front desk lady helped us delay it. The various facilities were also great. I love it 😘😘

The room was great, clean, tidy and comfortable, and the decoration was also very exquisite. It was very good to rest in the hotel after traveling. The hotel is also close to the subway station, which is very convenient for travel. Xiao Tang at the front desk was very friendly and patiently answered some travel-related questions. I will stay here again next time I come to Guiyang.

It was a very good stay. The New Year limited edition room card set was really festive and beautiful. I asked for a few as souvenirs when I checked out. Secondly, I have to praise the room for being large, spacious and bright. The surroundings are also very quiet. It is very comfortable to live in. The bathroom and shower room are multi-purpose, which is very clever. Thumbs up 👍

The room was comfortable and hygienic. The same handsome guy checked in and out, and the service was very good. He introduced the surrounding attractions and the hotel's restaurant in a very professional way. I was also very satisfied with the meal in the private room at night.

A decent hotel The guy who checked me in was nice, at least he smiled and was able to communicate. The check-out in the morning felt too mechanical and cold. The robot delivered the food from Ele.me in the middle of the night, but got the wrong room number (I didn't know which room ordered the food, and the robot delivered it to our room). Two calls came in the middle of the night, and no one asked or apologized when I checked out in the morning. The service is still lacking, lacking warmth.

The room was arranged next to the elevator, and the soundproofing was very poor. People started using the elevator at 6 o'clock in the morning, and I kept hearing the noise of the elevator going up and down. It felt like sleeping on a construction site, which was very uncomfortable. The hair dryer didn't work either. It broke after a few seconds of use. The front desk didn't deliver it for a long time, so I had to go out with wet hair in a hurry. Not a good experience🙀

The hotel room is large and well-equipped with facilities, including a gym and swimming pool. There is a wide variety of breakfast options and various taste preferences. There are many restaurants on the street outside the hotel to meet your dining requirements. Special thanks to Xiao Tang at the front desk. We were a group of 6 and stayed for 8 days. Five of us got sick. (We originally booked a two-day stay at a discounted rate). We asked for a one-day refund online, but no refunds were allowed online. We were all ready to give up taking a taxi and leave. Fortunately, after Xiao Tang at the front desk understood our situation, he kept calling to communicate with his superiors and enthusiastically helped us resolve the one-day refund for 6 people through official channels. Although the money is not much, it reflects the warm-heartedness, hospitable kindness and fair attitude of Guizhou people. So I would like to thank Xiao Tang at the front desk for her serious work attitude and her top priority in serving passengers. We would like to give her a five-star thumbs up for her serious work and pragmatic attitude in helping passengers solve their problems! Everyone in the service industry has this kind of work attitude and service spirit, which will definitely bring glory to their unit.
