前台服務很熱情，酒店離市中心很近，主動引導自助辦理，下次入住還會繼續選擇住維也納！指引電梯，幫忙拿行李，等等等，房間很大，洗澡的水很大，很舒服，網絡也很給力都是帶窗户的房間

離地鐵二號線很近，去機場和火車站都非常方便。周邊商店也挺多的，旅遊集散中心就在酒店旁邊，去貴州境內的景點遊玩，在這上車非常方便。房間內設施齊全，衞生也打掃的很乾凈。洗澡水出水量很大，就是出水忽冷忽熱不太穩定。服務人員的態度都很好，見面會主動問好，有問題找前台他們都會耐心的解答，非常滿意！酒店四樓有自助洗衣房，免費的，洗衣房外面是一個露台，中午洗好的衣服晾在外面，下午回來就都幹了，非常方便。本來訂了兩天，住下以後感覺不錯，後面又續訂了兩天。酒店門外在修地鐵三號線，白天有些嘈雜，好在一般白天都出去玩兒，所以基本上沒什麼影響，下次來貴州還會選擇這裏。

設施：還是一如既往的標準，但是在衞生間上細節很好，終於有酒店在浴室設計掛鈎了，很符合人性化。
環境：標準維也納風格，地理位置很好，離地鐵近也離黔靈山公園很近，附近也有很多吃的哦
服務：服務態度也很好
下次有機會還是會選擇這家酒店滴

第二次入住，這幾天感覺工作人員都很熱情，早餐雖然簡單，吃着都很可口，出行很方便，價格也可以，後邊有免費停車場，每次開車出去到前台領張免費停車券，半個小開出停車場，把券交給停車場收費人員，抬桿出場，房間不是特別大，適合白天在外遊玩，晚上回來住宿。

衞生太差，房間有蟲子，服務差，員工m面無表情，早餐也不按時開，還兇的不行，不搭理人，我的天啦，從來沒見過這樣的服務，維也納也算得上是比較好的酒店了，讓我大吃一驚啊，不推薦，

房間太小了，設施設備也陳舊了，跟其他城市的維也納差別太大了，價格衹值100多塊錢，衞生間太小，洗漱太不方便，唯一的就是服務還可以，早餐的米粉味道不錯，住的地方位置還行，不過下次不會再住這家維也納了！

除了走廊燈衞生間的燈，房間裏衹有個床頭燈，屋裡黑漆漆的，地板上應該是有人抽煙燙的，房間裏有股味道，電視沒有信號，隔音很不好，離黔靈山公園很近，有早餐，積分換的
