距離：距離白宮很近，吃飯逛街都挺方便
設施：設施很新，簡約大方有品質
衞生：無可挑剔，乾淨整潔，佈局合理

直接超離譜，210開這麼個房間，還不如開個正規酒店，自知自己房間爛主動退了我30元，就是爛了噴漆掩蓋翻新的，樓下很吵晚上根本睡不着，電梯也堵得慌，各種亂七八糟的人都有，電梯和房間裏都是**小卡片叫上門服務，帶小孩直接不敢住。進門一股刺鼻香精味掩蓋氣味，洗髮水沐浴露什麼的直接不敢用，不知道是什麼質量。還有床頭沒有充電插口，兩個人入住根本不方便，所謂的開窗也是看對面樓層，壓根不能開窗簾通風睡覺，總是差得離譜，坑的一個算一個，高低衹能算個招待所。

房間裏面設施陳舊 停車不方便 車位比較緊張 房間看得出來很老了，有的地方裝飾櫃上都有洞，用紙板蓋了一下，房間受潮的地方有明顯的黴斑，相比較而言，第二天住的萬國藝術酒店非常不錯。

工作效率慢，第一次按金説下午6點自動退，自動了兩個小時也沒退成終於平台沒自動退，小姐姐自己先發我了。第二次按金開之前截圖我發了，給我解釋是要按金詳情截圖，也是很久才退。兩個截圖有什麼不一樣，民宿規定的話，那我沒話説。我想説的是，200按金付過去你們一點不知道？第一次退按金還有個小插曲，小姐姐退了之後，平台又多退我200 這個工作失誤真的，確實泰褲啦。我本可“捲款而逃”，我沒有我返還了，説給優惠 第一次就不差評，第二次也是如此效率忍不了！耶穌來了，會忍不了！
