Me and my husband loved this hotel, especially when we see the beach, we enjoyed every second, the food was delicious.

Check in was a bit confusing. Towels were not available at the pool kiosk. It took us 3 times to get our room keys to be programmed correctly

Didn’t have much going when we went. Outside bar was only open on the last day and closed early. Didn’t have much for drinks and menu was way to fancy for kids. Not really a kid friendly hotel.

I really liked their service, the friendliness and desire to please at the check in. We had a problem that was professionally resolved and taken care of. The location is excellent and the food was very good!

It was an amazing stay there were a few minor things that we would have changed but the lack of security from the beach to the hotel, otherwise EXCELLENT!

We entered our room late in the afternoon and everything appeared to be in order and clean. We unpacked and left for the evening. When we returned, the outside temp was in the 40s so we set the thermostat on 71 before retiring for the evening. I woke up at 1:30 a.m. and the temp in our room was 84.The thermostat was broken so in controlled the temp during our stay with the ON/OFF switch. The next morning, we discovered the we had no bath soap, no wash rags and no water pressure. We managed. When we left for the day (~ 10:00 a.m.), I stopped by the front desk and asked for soap and rags. They immediately requested room service. When we returned (~ 3:00 p.m.), we still had no soap or wash rags. I expressed my disappointment and I was offered points. (Really???) If I were paying $99.00 a night, I would not have been surprised. However, I paid ~$550.00 for 2 nights during offseason on the beach. I think I deserved much more for my money. Lodging for my next trip to Pensacola Beach will definitely be with a Hilton competitor. I will never stay at this property again and I would highly recommend anyone visiting Pensacola Beach stay somewhere other than the Hilton. The stay was awful and had a definite negative impact on our trip.

As the photos show, dirtiest hotel ever. Everything is sticky. Only offer housekeeping after 2 nights? Good luck drying off with that wet towel due to humidity. Elevators that take forever and stairs that will lead you to service areas, not an exit. No extra pillows or blankets available. Music blaring from the pool area when no one is there. So much for the sounds of crashing waves. Will never stay at a Hilton Branded Hotel again.
