Just WOW!!
this place is beyond expectations and like a dream.
Super clean, food tastes heavenly and desserts tasted you never tasted anything like it.
I’m already missing my time spent here. Could not fault it.
Peaceful, if you want a romantic time, i went with my sister for some me time and totally loved it.

Loved the hotel, modern, clean, friendly staff, speak good English and nice selection of food.
Great drink options by the beach and free ice lolly’s all day! Love the extra of bringing a lunch option down to the beach to save going to the restaurant.
They messed up our room booking on our check in night. Saying they have upgraded us to a family room which is pointless for a couple. We lost the sea view & lounge access that night. Next night we got our room back. Please don’t upgrade your guests unless you can offer them their original booked room still. This wasted time for us.
The valet also reversed our hire car into the wall with damage. They didn’t notify or tell us. It was only pure luck that we noticed it and they took full responsibility. Overall this wasted another evening of sorting this out and saw it to our shock going out for dinner. Very dishonest from the hotel to not notify your guests!
Management managed this issue well. However food and drinks service could be quicker, my expectations from a 5* hotel is higher and unfortunately this isn’t a 5* hotel but great stay for 6nights….minus the issues!

It's a good place to have your vacation time here with your family and they have a perfect staff members I feel comfortable and happy in the resort , and they have alot of activities that you can do it with here your family and spent time together .

Very good place with lovely vibes and good food all inclusive hotel The spa services are great If you are a gym person then you’ll like the hotel gym with great view is Room is comfortable with nice veiw. Thanks to the guest relation agent Ruzgar.

All good. Lovely views and sea to swim in. Guest relations department very helpful especially Ruzgar. Indoor pool very nice and the food all good. Gym is good and the buffet is good too. Comfy beds and rooms with a good TV. Nice balcony to relax on

Outstanding from location to service, language skills and attention to details. I have been to many 5 star hotels including Kempinski, Wyndham and many others all over the world; however, I didn’t encounter yet with such service and care. Just to start with the personnel here are very well trained, they are going the extra mile to please you. I understand that some people will think that if you pay 375pn for an all inclusive resort you will get that treatment, but I have been in other resorts where I paid more, but didn't get a similar service. All staff speak decent English which is good for communication. You have plenty of food and drink varieties at different times of the day. You have very classy vibes all over the resort. I am staying in one of the club rooms 2nd floor with nice sea views. I recommend strongly to try Mirada Exclusive. Thanks to everybody here (including room service, guest relations (Dicle & Ruzgar) barmen and servers (Vedat) ) who are working to make our holiday special. We really needed this.
