3. Hotel was having there staff in the lobby and were drinking openly, making the guests very uncomfortable, also at night there was a huge brawl between the hotel staff and an occupant where they were abusing each other, it was a horrific scene and made the experience worse. Overall room service was good but the ambience due to continuous drinking of alcohol by the staff made it worse. No nothing much only 3 concerns like i have shared. 1) hotel staff member drinking alcohol in the lobby making uncomfortable for people checkin in 2) fight/argument between hotel staff and the guest at around 3 a. M. In the hotel, again making it a scary stay
