Great hotel in an awesome location (right off GA HWY 124). It is in a very short walking distance of Outback, Cracker Barrel, Zaxby's, Home Depot and a LOT of other places to shop and eat. It's a newer hotel so the decor is stylish and inviting. The staff is wonderful and if you're a truck driver, you can park your entire vehichle (cab AND trailer) there for free!

TV would not turn on from the bed area...had trouble turning tv on and changing channels....

Great service however our bed squeaked every time we turned over and the lights by the bed did not work first night there.

The location was excellent since we were in town for a memorial at 12 Stone Church. The hotel appearance was nice and clean. The staff was friendly and tried to accommodate us at much as possible. We had to go downstairs the first night because we needed another washcloth. The next day when our room was cleaned, housekeeping did not leave us any washclothes. I went downstairs to get some but they had to notify housekeeping to get some. They brought 3 within 20 minutes. The 3rd day, again we were left with no washclothes. Housekeeping brought us 2 washclothes. We also had to ask for a ice bucket which we got on the 2nd day. There was not a lamp at the desk area so trying to work there was difficult because it was a little too dark. Breakfast was not very good. It seemed that the food had been sitting there too long and was dry. I hope this was just a bad weekend and this is not typical of this hotel. We have been very pleased with Hampton Inns in the past.

Hands down. From the customer service to the cooks to the cleaning crew! Fantastic! Loved everything. They were all friendly!

When I checked in at the front desk, the attendant told me I would not be needing house keeping, because I was only staying for one night, I didn’t feel that was professional to say to the customer, and at check out I received a tap on my door 30minutesI before check out time, saying “house keeping”, that is rude. I would like to see grits and/or potatoes added to the breakfast menu, because everyone does not eat oatmeal. Other than this I had a pleasant overnight stay.

The hotel was modern, clean, and quiet. I slept well. Check-in was a bit of an issue because I made my reservation 30min before check-in so it was a delay having it load into the system but it loaded in while I was standing there.

Beds were way too soft and squeaky. It was very difficult to sleep on them.
