The staff in the reception is quite helpful. They provide all the required info for a hike in the mountains. It is also possible to make reservation by bus to Ha Noi.

So CLEAN! A bit of wear and tear from being an older building. But absolutely clean and very cute. The staff was available for questions and help and always cleaning: spraying off the porch, wiping down the shoe shelves, dusting the many plants and the rooms were spotless. I loved it and stayed an extra day.

Helped book the loop and it was amazing for the price. 5 mil for a private tour for 3 days. Private rooms and all meals included. The rooms for the hotel are also lovely and cozy

Excellent place to start the Ha Giang loop. They are helpful and give good guidance about license requirements etc. They have a nice restaurant menu. And a couple of beautiful cats. The bedding is very soft and temperature is good with both AC and fan in the double room.

Great room, very comfy. Both dinner and breakfast were super yummy. Booked the ha giang loop tour with them and it was amazing. Highly recommend

A welcoming hostel with smiling and nice receptionnists. I found it perfect if you planned to do the Ha Giang Loop (they also can help you to book visits and rent a motorbike). Furthermore, you can let your extra luggage at the hostel while doing "the loop" and even have a shower and a meal at the return, before leaving (very enjoyable when you take a night bus to another city). More negative point: if you are not in a VIP room (that's the name of more expensive rooms I guess), you won't have a window, just shutters, so turn on the air-conditioning to avoid mosquitoes during the night! I don't know for VIP room but for basic ones, you'll share the bathroom with others customers.
