I enjoyed how close it was to the beautiful town of Haar, and easy to get to the train station.

An absolute dump ,worst excuse for a hotel I have ever had the misfortune to stay in ,Firstly no staff ,no reception,no food ,no drinks no water ,no coffee ,,no room cleaning ,left standing outside entrance when we first arrived for an hour ,we had to call their sister hotel to get a code for a room key to be released to us in a box at the main entrance,we were never told any of this when we booked .Fridge did not work ,shower was dangerous in that there was no regulation of the heat from shower ,black mold all over the shower area and just filthy ,no excuses for this ,best just close this dump ,and of course not even a coffee ,no restaurant of course and no bar facilities, avoid this place like the plague, how they are allowed operate as a hotel is a disgrace,

Our stay at this place was not the mistake. The entire “hotel” is a mistake. In fact, using the designation “hotel” already is a misnomer and grossly misleading. Having stayed at some of the best hotels in Europe, Asia, and the Americas, and have also enjoyed budget hotels in these regions we can state with some level of confidence and certainty that we have not yet encountered a place such as this one. Upon our arrival, my wife - who has a great sense of smell – noticed a faint but distinct smell of urine coming from the room’s carpet. We were close to checking out, but with the fan at full speed we decided to give it a day, and against our better judgment ended up staying. Other occupants of the place – many of which seem to be long-term “guests,” possibly asylum seekers or immigrants waiting to have their legal status cleared – are uninhibitedly smoking in their rooms, even as the “hotel” professes a strict no smoking policy. The room has no air condition and the refrigerator didn’t work. The place has no real reception! Room service is also only every second day. When I called them on our second day to complain that we had gotten no room service, I got a nonchalant “If nobody came today, they will come tomorrow” as response. A place like this gives a bad name to the town, the area, and the country. My advice: stay away, at any cost!

Recently stayed there for the better part of the week. Our stay there was not the mistake. The entire “hotel” is a mistake, and in fact using the designation “hotel” already is a misnomer and grossly misleading. In fact, we have stayed at some of the best hotels in Europe, Asia, and the Americas, and have also enjoyed budget hotels in these regions. So, we can state with some level of confidence and certainty that we have not yet previously encountered a place such as this establishment. Upon our arrival, my wife - who has a great sense of smell – noticed a faint but distinct smell of urine coming from the room’s carpet. We were close to checking out, but with the fan at full speed we decided to give it a day, and against our better judgment ended up staying despite many better and cheaper options in the area (e.g., in nearby Grasbrunn). Other occupants of the place – many of which seem to be long-term “guests,” possibly asylum seekers or immigrants waiting to have their legal status cleared – are uninhibitedly smoking in their rooms, even as the “hotel” professes a strict no smoking policy. Keep your windows closed if you don’t like your room to stink of cigarettes. The room has no air condition and the refrigerator was inoperable. How do they keep their Gewerbeaufsicht operating license that way? I don’t know. Did I already mention that the place has no real reception? Upon arrival you’ll have to call a number in order to receive a code to retrieve your key from a safe outside the hotel, which – of course – is locked. The kicker is the so-called “reception” area. Only every second day a guy and a woman in a second-hand Porsche drive-up to the place and sit-in for three hours and even then the boarded-up room has the door usually closed. Never have felt so “tolerated” as a guest. Oh yes, I forgot to mention that room service is also only every second day. Good luck getting a new towel! When I called them on our second day to complain that we had gotten no room service, I got a nonchalant “If nobody came today, they will come tomorrow” as response. I could hardly believe the audacity of this response! So, do you feel my comments where polite? They sure were, I think. But make no mistake. In my opinion this place is a dump. I have never felt so unwelcome in any hotel, pension, or other sort of hostel anywhere in the world. And I am not a guest or visitor in this country. I was born and raised here. A place like this gives a bad name to the town, the area, and the country. My advice: stay away, at any cost!

Stay away from this "hotel". No staff on reception, no bar open, no food on offer. My first night can only be described as a night from hell. My bed was infested with BEDBUGS. No staff on duty for the whole night so I just had to try and make a bed on the hard wooden floor. Bugs in various stages of growth so the infestation had been there for weeks! No offer of a refund for my first night. I was given a different room for the rest of the stay. My arms & legs are destroyed in bites and its 10 days later & I will now have to pay to visit my GP. The bathroom light in the second room flicked on & off 24hrs a day. No kettle in the room for a coffee or tea, no glasses to drink from My elderly parents who I had travelled to visit were staying there also. Their fridge didn't work in the middle of a heat wave, their shower leaked all over the floor. Beds are the hardest most uncomfortable bed I've ever had the misfortune of sleeping on. This is not a proper professional hotel. Stay away!!

Laut Buchung sollte die Rezeption von 14-22 Uhr besetzt sein.Wir kamen 19 Uhr an und Türe zu.Rezeption war nur von 7-15 Uhr besetzt. Also notfallnummer anrufen.Kein Problem.
