這家旅店的設施和基礎條件在這一帶算是很不錯的了。服務員態度好。但是某些細節方面的服務有些問題。我們剛入住時上個用户留在一個垃圾桶裏的垃圾沒被處理掉，而且空調底下的插座沒有電，廁所的換氣扇無法運作。

房間完全像荒廢了十天半個月的樣子。太可怕了，像火車站旁邊三十元一晚的旅館，我可是花了三百多！床上到處都是各種蟲子屍體，還有不知道什麼小動物的屎。床上沒有床單，衹有不知道多少人睡過的燈芯絨床貼，上面的絨毛都一貼貼硬化了還有各種污漬，枕頭套根本沒換，黃黃的一股頭油味，我們衹有用自己的衣服墊着睡！床用被子墊着，不然根本不敢睡。整個房間沒有一張紙巾，包括廁所也沒有，你敢信？洗澡更別説了，沒有花灑，衹有這個忽冷忽熱的和天花板那麼高的淋浴，洗澡的時候完美濺到了所有不該濺到的地方，沖到一半還沒熱水了，廁所沒有沐浴露，沒有紙巾！毛巾裏面還有頭髮！房間也沒有鑰匙，進了房間，衹能反鎖，出了房間，衹能關門，不能鎖門，因為沒鑰匙。主要是臟！太恐怖了，這家店完全不搞衞生的！！！很可怕！！！我們十個人定了幾間房，都是一樣的問題，我們晚上八點鐘就打電話告知説要晚點到，結果我們十二點到了之後還在寒風中幾乎半小時，才把幾間房鑰匙找出來辦理好入住，也不提前搞一下衞生！

一次極差的經歷。下午8點半到了就沒晚飯了，衹好省了一頓晚飯，晚上9點叫了服務送些廁所紙巾到第二天早上都沒有到，衹好用自己的。上山喂鹿更是坑人，三分之一巴掌大的一小袋餵食收60元，不允許小孩獨自喂鹿，大人也必須收費每人60元進場。關於收費我問了看門老頭幾個問題，沒有什麼不尊重的言語，居然説我胡説八道。什麼玩意兒！

環境好，天然草原，景色很美，可以騎馬射箭，看梅花鹿，還有烤羊肉，晚上還有篝火晚會，離阿咪東嗦景區6分鐘車程。服務很周到，老闆很熱情，還讓孩子體驗了一把騎馬的感覺，很棒！
