服務態度很差，資詢問題前台像聽不見。一進房間居然廁所垃圾簍還有紙，枕頭上一層灰，房間沒有電話，必須要用自己手機打給前台。雖然服務員後來換了床單和清理了廁所的紙，連一句不好意思都沒有。最後房間的垃圾簍還是沒給送上來，我們都懶得跟他們要了。感覺都不如很多景點的小客棧。
