我基本不留評價，但這家酒店真是讓我太無語，看評論基本都是好評，帶着滿心期待過去，辦入住時就被前台小姐要微信要好評要電話，我都還沒入住還沒體驗呢，第二天一早莫名收到短訊被註冊了酒店會員，前台也沒説會員這事，這體驗真是太差；五星級酒店來説，這家店的服務完全不達標，明顯缺少培訓，缺少服務意識，現在五星級酒店硬件都大同小異，主要是還是看服務看體驗，服務應該是做出來的不是要回來的，反正我是不會再來住了
