Courtyard by Marriott Shanwei Haifeng

Very clean and hygienic. Every time I come to Shanwei, I stay at this hotel. The front desk staff are very welcoming.

As a loyal customer, the Courtyard is always my top choice when I'm back home. After my last stay where the front desk lady upgraded me to a suite for free, I decided to take a break from my busy work life for the Dragon Boat Festival. I'm incredibly grateful to the front desk gentleman and the duty manager for the late check-out this time around.

The hotel's front desk staff were warm and attentive, and the room was spacious, bright, and comfortable. The hotel offers ample parking both in front of the building and in an underground garage, which also includes charging facilities.

Haifeng Baocang Hotel is a hidden gem! There are plenty of dining options right next to the hotel, and this small town boasts a lot of delicious local food. It's also very close to the Red Palace and Red Square, and quite convenient for visiting Lianhuashan Tea Garden and Yanghe Dam.

Overall, it was quite comfortable, but the first room smelled heavily of smoke. We were able to switch to another room, which was much better. The service could use some improvement. I explicitly mentioned at check-in that we were staying for two nights, but our key card stopped working on the second day and needed to be reactivated.

Overall satisfied, but cleanliness needs improvement. Martin Chen, who helped me check in, was skilled, fast, and incredibly friendly! He was very attentive! When he saw me carrying luggage, he proactively helped me press the elevator button. The restaurant's breakfast had a wide variety, was neatly arranged, and tasted delicious. However, the room's cleanliness was quite disappointing – there was hair on the floor around the weight scale, on the anti-slip mat, and on the shower wall. I suggest that after the cleaning staff finishes, a housekeeping supervisor should double-check and ensure everything is spotless, preventing previous guests' hair from being left for the next occupants. It's very unhygienic!

The room was clean and tidy, the bedding was very comfortable, and the toiletries were great. Breakfast offered a wide variety of choices, and there's convenient underground parking. The service attitude was excellent.

The hotel's location is convenient, and the environment is pleasant. The breakfast was also delicious, and Evelyn at the front desk provided excellent service. Highly recommended!

This was my first time staying at a Courtyard by Marriott, and I was feeling a bit low on blood sugar because I hadn't had breakfast. The hotel thoughtfully brought me a banana, which was such wonderful service! I'm so grateful for their warm hospitality. The facilities are relatively new, clean, and very quiet, so I had an excellent rest. My favorite part was definitely the hotel's five-star breakfast buffet – the variety of dishes was extensive and delicious, and the setting was elegant and upscale. From now on, when I'm on business in Haifeng, I'll be staying at Courtyard. A big thank you again to the hotel staff!
