體驗非常好，性價比很高的一家酒店。
設施：有投影，冰箱，洗衣機，電磁爐可以説非常齊全了
衞生：被子 廁所 都很乾凈 ，對我來説，其他設施都無所謂，最重要的就是衞生要乾淨。他家做的就非常好。
服務：工作人員很貼心，服務也很周到。
環境：就在區中心，去哪兒都很方便。

是2022年新裝修的民宿，在綠地中心樓盤的2棟，電梯裏還貼着剛剛交樓不久的訊息，地下停車裝修味道太大了，聞着上頭。房間裏裝修味道也很大，公差住了兩晚，兩天下來嗓子被薰的很不舒服。
窗户一直不敢關，晚上睡覺都開着，可味道還是很大。
白天其它房間在裝修，有電鑽的聲音，對面還有一棟樓在施工。
雖然是新裝修的，但是衞生間邊邊角角打掃得很不乾淨。洗澡後，衞生間洗手池下面的地磚積水一直不幹。下水道有輕微的臭味。
209元的價格還不如去住維也納酒店！
整體體驗不好，如果不是因為離單位近，不會選擇這裏。
忘了拍房間照片，但所有描述真實，希望能給其他人一些參考，也希望老闆後期把房間好好整理整理，多放放味再接待客人吧！
