The hotel is nice and comfortable. It lacks maintenance since some areas look old and deteriorated, the room was fine. Staff is friendly

Overall, it was a nice place to stay except for the occasional smokers inside the premises. Also, the room temperature was a little hotter than expected. The staff were nice even though there's a language barrier between.

I absolutely loved my stay at the Q Hotel! It is in an excellent location only 5km from Haikou Meilan Airport. There is plenty of shopping and dining in the local area. The rooms were lovely and clean and comfortable. My room had a large bathroom with excellent water pressure and drainage. I was only in transit so I checked in at 14:00 and checked out at 23:00 so I cannot comment on the breakfast but I bet it would have been amazing! They provided a free shuttle service back to the airport in a private car. Staff were brilliant - friendly, attentive and obliging - special mention to Jack and Li Ping. It's incredibly affordable and excellent value for money. Although far too brief, I thoroughly enjoyed my stay at this property and would not hesitate to recommend it to anybody. Just do it!

The hotel is very cost-effective at this price. The room is large enough, the air conditioning is cool enough, and there is free parking in the underground garage. There are also many parking spaces. For people like me who have difficulty parking by reversing, there is no need to worry about bumping into other people's cars, hahahaha. The service is also good. Xiao Xue at the front desk is serious in service and proactive in communication! A recommended hotel!

It is 15 minutes' drive from the airport, so it is very convenient to catch a flight. We always use Haikou as a distribution center when we go to Sanya, which can save a lot of money and is very cost-effective.

Because I had to catch an early flight, I chose a hotel close to the airport. The sanitation was OK and it was very quiet. The best thing was that there was a laundry room with commercial washing machines that were very fast. The airport drop-off was directly to the airport, and it only took 15 minutes, which was very convenient.
