Aili Sea View Hotel (Haikou arcade-house old street)

I got a free upgrade to a luxurious king-size room, which was really spacious. The location is excellent, very close to Qilou Old Street, and Yunlong Library is within cycling distance. My only minor complaint is that the pillows were a bit too high for my liking; they were the highest out of all three hotels I stayed at during this trip. It would be even better if they could change the pillows. I'd definitely choose this hotel again when I come back to Haikou.

Not bad. Breakfast included, and the location is super convenient for getting around. It's also really affordable and close to Qilou Old Street, making it easy to go out and explore for food. The hygiene is good too, with daily replenishments. The front desk staff were very patient and helpful, and parking is free!

We stayed in the two-bedroom presidential suite. It has a large master bedroom, and the other room has twin beds. I slept in the bed closest to the bathroom, and it smelled absolutely awful, like a sewer drain backing up. It was so bad I had to sleep with the blanket over my head the whole night. Seriously, it stank!

I stayed in the Luxury King Room, which is noticeably larger than other rooms. It's spacious and bright, with plenty of room, a comfortable large sofa, and a cozy tatami area! The hotel's location is great, very close to Qilou Old Street. If you need a spacious room during your stay, I highly recommend this room type.

Absolutely loved the sea view from this hotel! We stayed in the Dreamcatcher Luxury Tatami room this time, and the view was incredible – completely unobstructed ocean vistas. The sunsets in the evening were mesmerizing, with the twilight glow reflecting off the sea, a true feast for the eyes. Staying here felt like a vacation every single day; it was pure bliss!

I was very satisfied with my stay this time. The room was spacious and clean. The hotel and hallways had a pleasant tea-scented aromatherapy, which was very comforting. Initially, I had booked a small room, but it felt a bit cramped. I thought that since I was traveling, I should stay somewhere comfortable, so I decisively paid to upgrade to a super large room. Even for a solo traveler, it was very comfortable, and it even came with a large sofa. The bathroom was also very spacious, and I could enjoy the night view.
