I've never left a bad hotel review before, but this is my first time, and it was truly unacceptable. From the moment I stepped into the lobby, there was a pungent odor that made me gag. After checking in, my room had a damp smell, and there were urine stains in the toilet. The next morning, I woke up to find an insect crawling on my bed; it even bit my hand. When I called the front desk, they just said they'd change the sheets. I then demanded a room change, and it took them ages to agree, which was really annoying. I didn't get any good sleep that morning, and the soundproofing was also terrible. The only upside is its proximity to the train station. Book with caution...

The hotel is in a great location, very close to the High-Speed Rail East Station and the long-distance bus station, making it convenient for travel. The room was spacious and comfortable, and it was clean and odor-free. The price was reasonable, offering good value for money. Special commendation goes to the front desk attendant on the morning shift, who provided excellent service! 👍

The location is fantastic, with plenty of dining and shopping options nearby. The room facilities are complete, and the bathroom has a separate shower and toilet. The front desk service was also very warm and attentive.

Super close to the High-Speed Rail East Station, just a few minutes' walk, which made catching our train incredibly convenient. The room was clean and well-ventilated, with 24-hour hot water and great pressure. The bedding was soft and comfy, ensuring a really good night's sleep.

The surrounding restaurants and shops are convenient, and I could walk to the mall. Plus, there's free parking! The staff were very friendly and responsive to my needs. Overall, it was a comfortable and great value stay!

Right across the road from the high-speed train station, super convenient for catching a train. The room was spacious and clean, and the front desk staff were very friendly. Both check-in and check-out were quick. It's my top choice for a layover.
