Another convenient stay here! I appreciate the helpful service and great location. The concierge even put me in a room I stayed in before. For those who book on Trip, the hotel even brings afternoon snacks. Will be back!

Hotel interior is very special in a nice way, and location quite convenient. But service was not very good. The room was not tided up every day. Breakfast was cold, no coffee and often no eggs. I told that I would like to have a cup of coffee every morning, and they did, but (although I was the only foreigner) I needed to ask every day again and wait for a long time. In the room also only tea, no coffee, although Hainan is a big coffee producer.

房間很大，都是1.8床。服務較好。離市區近，對面的火鍋好吃😋。
裝修舊了點，風格比較沉色，停車也不太方便。

酒店前台在3樓，環境還算可以，前台小哥全程沒有笑容，但説話語氣還算可以，我們是看了房間後再辦理入住，衞生質量不錯，但房間味道有點大，需要通風，客房電話用不了，整體還算可以。

旅館的創意是南海航行的探索，到處都是海底世界的圖案，房間裏也是以海上生活的方式佈置的，本應該是很好的理念，可惜旅館環境的設計過於昏暗，給人一種壓抑的感覺。在房間的門前有一個小溝，我理解是水流的意思，還不規則的擺了鵝*石，像是要營造出海邊的感覺。可是，很不方便，行李箱進出房間必須拎起來，由於不習慣在正好出門的地方有個溝和好多石子，再加上走廊光線很暗，很容易踩空或者落腳的時候有點兒擔心踩到石子崴腳。
衹住了一晚，沒有要什麼服務，設施多是參照船上的環境和海里的生物，挺有心的，但是不是很實用。早餐尚可。
酒店在一個商務樓的3層，不是很方便，停車位如果趕上飯點就很難找到空位，因為樓下有好幾家餐廳，開車來吃飯的都可以免費停車。

衞生：剛住進去的房間衞生間沒拖乾淨，隨後付費升級換了個房間。
設施：小朋友想看電視，一直調不出來，讓大姐過來看好了，第二次打開又不行，遙控器後邊的電池很鬆，所以總是按不了，打開看了都已經用到變形了，節能環保也不是這麼節的。
服務：退房的時候前台沒人，差不多一個小時才辦退
其他的都還好，早餐沒有吃，不做評價。

整體感覺不錯，位置好，去哪裡都方便，就是房間裏面擺件有點多，擔心小孩子會弄壞，早餐一般，畢竟價錢在這兒，性價比高，連續住了2天
