2nd time staying here
Near to haikou dong high speed rail
Counter service is good. Helpful over the booking of transport. Not all apps back home is applicable here.
The room is spacious and clean.
In evening, a warm receiving welcome message tag with a handmade towel. Very much appreciated after a tired day.
Breakfast is average (limited depends on demand)
Cinema is located just next to hotel. Mini bar too.
Many shops to room around.
Near to MEI LAN airport. 20mins

The room overall is good. Bed and pillow super comfy.
Need slight improvement for cleanliness as some part of the floor is kind of sticky.
Breakfast in acceptable range as options are quite limited.
Service standard by all hotel staffs could be further improved. Anyway, extra credit to the lady manager at morning shift which is extra helpful and friendly.
The location is good and convenient. Very near to eateries and convenient store.

The place was clean, the location is convenient there’s mall in same building and many street food nearby. You can walk in neighborhood and feel safe.

The room itself is very clean but we could smell cigarettes when we entered the room. Most probably the previous guests smoked in the room.
We always use this hotel as it’s very central and close to the railway station.
The staff is friendly and very accommodating.
The breakfast is great too, great assortments to choose from but mostly Chinese.

It was my first time to stay at the Hetai Hotel in Haikou on a business trip. I liked it very much. The decoration style is very good and very clean. The most important thing is that the service provided by the manager Xiaowei at the front desk of the hotel is very good. I like the view from the top floor. This beautiful little fairy manager Xiaowei I was very satisfied with the upgrade of my room. I will stay at Hollandaise next time I come to Haikou.

It's quite close to the airport and can be reached by taxi within half an hour. It's not expensive. There's a street full of food nearby. The room is big and well decorated. The shower is also big. The breakfast is also very good. There's a lot of variety and food. The service is great. Not bad either.
