Stayed here for a night. It was a pleasant stay. Hotel gave off a dated vibe which I enjoyed. Staff was courteous. Amenities were sufficient. There was also a small public hot spring facility just outside the hotel and a tub you can fill with hot spring water in hotel room. Different varieties of food served during breakfast. Location is convenient to go to qilou old street. We took a cab.

Although some people complain that the parking lot is opposite, there is not much walking in reality. You just turn around and cross a small road and walk up directly from the exit. It seems to be possible, and the hygienic condition of the room is also good. When we checked in, the lower floor was not cleaned, so we directly upgraded the room to the higher floor. The reception desk also provided afternoon tea as a gift, which was great! When parking, remember to go to the front desk to ask for free parking. Otherwise, the parking fee is very expensive. Anyway, every time you go out, remember to register at the front desk before going out! It's free! The little girl at the front desk is also very kind!

The front desk service attitude is good, and the staff is enthusiastic and patient to help customers solve problems. The rooms are clean and sanitary, and the air conditioner is quiet and cool. It is a good place to stay for business trips and tourism. It is worth staying again.

First, the hygiene of the corridor is very poor. The main reason is that the carpet is very old and stained. The waiter said that it cannot be washed away. It is indeed too old and looks very dirty. I feel disgusting. I wear a mask when I go in and out. Secondly, the front desk service, although polite, insists on swiping my face for authentication. They say it is required by the public security department, but I don't want to do it. Saying that is not possible is equivalent to forcing guests to swipe their face. , this is a serious violation of the ”Personal Information Protection Law of the People's Republic of China”. National laws should also be observed and implemented in Hainan. If the public security department knows that the law stipulates it and still requires it, this is knowing the law and breaking the law. As a law enforcement department, it is suspected of not taking the lead. There is no point in negotiating with the front desk clerk to enforce national laws. Why is it so difficult to protect one's legitimate rights and interests in Hainan, but a hotel in Hangzhou, Zhejiang Province implements it better, and the public security department also notified the hotel that it is not necessary to do so. Face, why can't it be implemented in Haikou? ; Third, the sink is too small, even brushing your teeth feels impossible; fourth, the window is cracked open and cannot be opened or closed.

You can find this hotel tucked away amongst residential apartments, convenience stores and local eateries (which are opened until late). Malls and western restaurants is a short ride away (+-5kms) via DiDi. The room is outrageously big, clean and pretty modern. The shower is powerful, effective and extremely hot - my room highlight. The customer service was superb and they accommodated my change in travel plans towards the end of my stay. I would recommend this hotel if you want to live amongst the local people, looking for something affordable and wanting a spacious room.
