我不知道這些好評咋來的？實際上沒有這個酒店沒有這個酒店沒有這個酒店…，店家的説法是換地方了，小到你很難放一衹箱子，小我可以忍受，但是沒洗過的床單，窗子用膠紙貼，圖片也做假，國家一直在治理景區亂象，雪鄉這種地方風景名片怎麼也會這樣？可惜，可恨，

老闆太貼心了，一路指引，接待，有問題耐心解答，這個期間人這麼多，還能這樣有耐心，真是太感動了。老闆娘特別體貼，看我穿的不多，還給我準備了熱水，熱帖等。環境也很不錯，乾淨整潔，一根頭髮都沒有，這次旅行真的太舒暢了，非常開心。雪鄉，我還會再來的，再來還會找這個熱情善良帥氣的老闆

差評，電話提前説好的50拼車接，到了卻是出租便宜給我200.很氣憤，幸好察覺不對及時下車了。不然就被算計了。我定的是雙人間東北炕，卻給我的是一張大床。我就不計較了，屋裡還有蟲，好幾衹，更生氣的是問老闆問題看見了也不回覆，打電話拒接，要個東西也要兩遍才給，已經告訴過了她了等他消息再次確認卻不回覆，笑面虎，差勁👎，浪費了我時間，打亂了我遊玩計劃，最差勁的一次酒店入住。
