Apart from the limited seats for the shuttle, overall the service was great especially the staff at dining place were great.

Location of the onsen resort is great, view of Mt. Fuji is fantastic.
However, the onsen facilities is just above average.
Dinner menu is terrible compare to other onsen that i have stayed in the past. Breakfast is just average.
Service is just average as we are served mainly by trainee.

It was amazing! I visited there as a family trip and it was a great choice! The view is wonderful! We all enjoy the fuji mointain and the lake view, the dinner and breakfast were delicious and the hotspring in the main building was perfect! Thanks for the staffs' kindness. Free shuttle bus was really helpful.

They have staff who can speak Chinese, so quite convenient for Chinese travelers. The view from our room is great. Dinner is quite tasty.

日本週末或休假一年會來幾次箱根，每次都會入住這個酒店。很傳統的日本酒店，晚餐是很標準的日式料理，很不錯，午餐以天婦羅為主，很日式很好吃。酒店的房間可以看到蘆之湖，有日式和和式。早晨起來天氣好的話房間可以拍到富士山，在房間裏有相片，就是掛着在房間拍到富士山的景色。到達酒店很方便有酒店到小田原的shuttle bus，車程40-50分鐘，酒店前邊有水路兩棲巴士，有箱根巴士車站，到大涌谷很方便。如果要體驗日式酒店，可以選擇龍宮殿比較日式，旁邊是一家的王子酒店，偏洋式，龍宮殿的温泉很棒，有室內和室外，可以看湖景和富士山！

Location 特別好，靠蘆之湖，登山巴士🚌站距離酒店500米的距離，日式榻榻米房間足夠大，陽台喝茶可以看見富士山，周邊安靜舒適，一泊二食很好吃，箱根泡温泉的好地方

定的最貴的房型，私湯和風景都是一流的，酒店在山上，晚上的話外面是一片漆黑的啥也看不到，必須白天才能看到外面的好景色，房間巨大，有中文服務，衞生也不錯，有提供免費的浴衣，我定的房間是在分館，有一條通道是直通本館的，據説公共湯池的環境也非常棒的，礙於時間問題沒去成。接下來是槽點：酒店入住退房時間實在是太**……入住還行，下午兩點後入住，我們本身到的時候就天黑了，早上退房竟然要十點鐘之前……退房好似特種兵，其次我們入住的這個房型的門不是正兒八經的酒店房門，是類似於廚房浴室那種推拉門，可以鎖門，但是門關上以後是有縫的，比較沒有安全感……，其次私湯的那個大窗户底下我一直以為不會有人的，結果第二天早上看到窗下有工人在徘徊的，貌似是酒店在裝修，如果他想他衹要往後面退一點，我們一站起來他就可以一覽無遺……，4000多的房間，房間內的免費礦泉水衹有一瓶，套餐內的懷石料理和早餐，真的不是很好吃，但是畢竟是在山上，沒有餐廳的，不吃酒店餐食也沒有其他選項，綜上所屬，除非真的很喜歡這個景，且一定想要私湯的情況下，不是很推薦預訂這個房型……
