The food service was superb. I enjoyed the view and atmosphere during onsen. It was a great relaxing experience.

Stayed on the 2nd floor. The noise on the 3rd floor was so loud after 23:30 that I couldn't sleep. I think that it is poorly made below the apartment. Unfortunately, I couldn't find a place to stay for my parents who have back pain, so I took them here and stayed here. I think that it is an inn that can not satisfy people who are accustomed to staying in luxury inns. I will never stay there again. I think that it is for those who can be satisfied with a business hotel. Only the food was good, but the customer service is not good, and it's a mystery to me as well as others why the reviews are so highly rated. This inn is not recommended for those who are accustomed to good hotels and lodgings.
