Average facilities available in hotel. Walking distance from railway station and bus station but crowded area. They have provided amenities when i asked for the same. Overall good. I have rated 6 out of 10.

Very bad experience with silk hostel at haldwani and below are issue. 1. Bad sheet quality very poor and its feathers stick on my clothes
2. Blanket quality was very poor and stink badly
3. Towel l was very old and stink
4. Room phone not working
5. No 4 wheelers car parking and located in very narrow street even not auto rikshaw reach there
6. Washrooms unhygienic and stink.
