I ordered a gift voucher,two night stay, for my daughter and son in law for LAST Christmas. They tried to book a stay in the New Year but the Hotel was closed down with various reasons given, all very worrying! They were unable to book at any time. I requested a refund. I have requested my money back. I have spoken to so many different people at this establishment I’ve lost count!,, I have emailed,again lost count of how many times!! I was eventually told my money would be returned. 13 months later I’m still Waiting!! I’m a widow, loosing this money has really upset me. I can’t believe they treat customers like this!!!🤔
