We did not stay here as our tour company did not pick up from this location which we were unaware of pre booking this location

We enjoyed our stay in the hotel, The rooms were very neat and clean, location was good, walking distance from sunworld Halong, the lady (Owner/Manager) was very nice and helpful. She prepared delicious fried noodles for breakfast upon our request as we are vegetarians. I would definitely recommend this hotel as it's worth the money and you can walk around Halong.

Located in Ha Long City, close to the cruise terminal, you can walk there, and near the sightseeing crane. The service boss has a good attitude. If you want to exchange money, the price is good, RMB 100 to 33,500, which is higher than outside. If you have any questions or requests, you can talk to the boss.

It's a very nice hotel.
It seemed like they had taken safety into consideration, with evacuation equipment installed and an emergency staircase outside the bathroom.
It was a very satisfying hotel, cheap and with breakfast included.
The staff lady was also very kind.
When I asked the lady where I could catch the bus to Hai Phong, she told me there was a limousine service, so I used that.
It was convenient because they picked me up in front of the hotel and took me to my destination (Hai Phong Station in this case). It cost 300,000 VND to Hai Phong.
The lady said that there were many Chinese customers but not many Japanese customers, so I should advertise it. (I think)
