Very friendly and premature staff! Also extra service (early breakfast for the children) was offered to us. A mattress had a great place, but this was also repaired immediately! Super location, centrally located in front of the doors of the city. You come with the metro everywhere and there are even 2 large shopping centres directly nearby. All in all a very nice hotel also for families!

Very modern and Skandinavian design rooms. Perfectly located in front of Hamburg Harburg train station. Shopping Mall and Cinemax are just a few minutes walk. The only thing I disliked was very strong sewage smell in the bathroom, unfortunately this sometimes happens and the accommodation cannot do much to avoid it.

The lack of air conditioning in this hotel is really no big deal compared to others. Their baby cot is not clean, my child slept in their bed for two nights, he likes to sleep on his side and on his stomach, and his face is allergic to any part of the bed that touches the sheets. When I spoke to the hotel, they admitted that it was the hotel's responsibility and said that they could pay for an ointment so that I could go to the pharmacy and buy it myself. Amazingly, almost all the staff at the hotel had a very poor attitude, didn't care about the child, privately divulged personal information about the residents as a topic of discussion at work (every staff member knew about our personal matters/information, even those I had never seen) and even asked me if you wanted to call an ambulance for such a small matter. I cancelled my whole day plam and took a taxi to the pharmacy, which cost over 60 euros, and in the end the hotel only gave me 5 euro for the ointment, saying that I took a taxi to a pharmacy that was too far away and they couldn't cover the taxi costs, and the manager said that the only place they could pay for was a taxi to 10 euros, so they refused to pay for the journey?？？ But they didn't say any of that before I left, I was just told to take my own taxi to the pharmacy and they knew we were leaving that day so they made a very perfunctory promise which was all overturned. The important thing is that I paid 100€ for this baby cot and it was still not clean, finally I spoke to the manager and I said I paid 100€ only to get the cot and he said you have checked out and everything is sorted I don't know what is in your room now? !!!Anyway don't bring your children to this dangerous hotel, the staff were very dishonest and went as far as to say the room had been cleaned to destroy the evidence.

The hotel is located directly on the well-beaten Bremer Street. 3 days stay 6/2021 /Zimmer 45€, breakfast 9.50€. Before the entrance unherb from the stone plates, kittens, laundry, not flattened. Breakfast moderate, factory breads, egg cups but no eggs, no fruit, nothing for food allergic. All lovely without staff in the room. Tellers with fat tears, everything somewhat smooth and improvised. Firstly, after payment, only the expression of the credit card reader should be handed over to me as a credit card, after complaining, a printed, unused bill for the financial office only over the total amount. It is the impression that no one has gastronomic training there and knows what service and cleanliness means, staff is hard, but is therefore overloaded. Don't know where the 3 stars should come from booking.com. For back travelers may be OK. The hotel actually calls Musa's Green Tanne, on the key is Hotel MUSA (Arabic: Moses) and is quite downgraded after m.M.. Not recommended.

Small and date hotels...io there was one night for a work trip, I ended in one of the three rooms in the small secondary building. The room had two single beds and is very small, alone it is feasible, but to share in two rooms I think the rooms are quite narrow. There was a window that could not be dark in any way, while the larger window had a tent that only partially dark. If you were people who absolutely need darkness to sleep, you might have trouble. The door was like a very normal door of a house room, with a normal key, and there were cracks both above and below. All very date, moreover with the moquette on the ground. Breakfast in the average. In other words, if you have to stay there for a night of stay, it's okay, otherwise rated ...

Es ist immer wieder ein Genuss in diesem Hotel zu wohnen, es hat alles zu bieten was wir uns von einem Hotel wünschen. Ausstattung, Größe der Zimmer, Design, Bar, Restaurant usw., wir würden dem Hotel glatt 5 Sterne geben aber dafür fehlt wahrscheinlich der Pool. So oder so wir kommen wieder, denn für uns ist das Best Western Plus Hotel Böttcherhof die Top-Adresse in Hamburg, Danke.
