However, it can be quite noisy being close to the main road. It feels like it's missing a lot of what you'd expect for this price point."

"The location is very central, the breakfast was really good. The room was too hot even putting the AC to the max (technically you did not feel that the AC was running at all) - but opening the window was not an option, because the street was noisy. The garage entrance will be a bit narrow if you have a bigger car and they have limited number of parking spots available, the fee is 38€/daywhich is a bit too much in my opinion."

"The suite was spacious, and the welcome snacks were decent, but the executive lounge was a bit shabby. The location is excellent, next to the train station and subway, and right next to a shopping district. There are also Chinese restaurants and Jianbing (Chinese crepes) within walking distance. There's no private garage; you have to walk a few steps to their recommended secure parking garage, which is quite expensive, given it's in the city center."

Overall this is not a good experience for our family trip in Hamburg. I am sorry that I will skip this hotel in future if any chance to have 2nd time trip in Hamburg."
