No one at reception upon arrival.
Waiting in reception whilst keys to room were found.

An acquaintance contacted me to "save" her this hotel, the only availability this weekend in a city with maximum capacity due to a series of summer events. By bus and metro, you can reach the central station in about 20 minutes. The building was part of the former customs control, as Wandsbek was a separate town before being integrated into Hamburg. Reception is not open 24/7, anyone can come and go as they please, no one wears masks. There are 4 apartments per floor, everything falling apart, especially in the bathroom, where the tiles are torn to pieces and the furniture completely crooked. The hotel accepts smokers, the rooms stink even with the door to the balcony open. The balcony faces the street and there is no sound insulation. I don't know if breakfast is offered and I didn't even ask! I got a good rate at the Ibis Budget next door and transferred it there, under no circumstances would I recommend staying in this muquifo.

Im Grunde müsste man für so viel Siff, Schimmel und Ekel Schmerzensgeld verlangen.

kein Personal vor Ort, auch morgens nicht. keine Reaktion auf die angegebene Telefonnummer, kein Frühstück, kein warmes Wasser, kein w-lan, kein TV. überall Renovierungsmaterial, keine anderen Personen vor Ort, wirkte wie eine verlassene Baustelle. Unheimlich

HEIZUNG aus. Kein Wlan. MÖBILIAR verschlissen. Fenster kaputt im Badezimmer ließ sich nicht mehr schließen, direkt neben der Dusche. Deckenlampe kaputt.

Nun ja, es kostete ja nicht viel. Aber Flur und Aufzug waren vollkommen dreckig. Das Zimmer selber war wirklich sauber, auch das Bad. WLAN funktionierte tadellos. Die Duschtüren fielen alledings auseinander. An der Rezeption stand ein Kühlschrank, der bis auf ein paar Biere nichts mehr enthielt. Er war fast leer. Ich reklamierte das. Dennoch änderte sich das während meines dreitägigen Aufenthaltes auch nicht. Kurzum. Billig hin oder her. Da gehe ich nie mehr hin!
