The hotel is about 2.5km from the Hamilton train station. We took a taxi from the train station, and the driver charged us NZD25. My booking confirmation said that the check out time was 11:00, but the hotel insisted it should be 10:00 which is fine. The booking confirmation clearly say that breakfast was free, but the hotel tried to charge 13 pp. Hamilton is a nice place which is close to Waitomo and Hobbiton.

Easy to communicate and check in. Breakfast service started nice and early meaning we could have it before heading off. Very comfortable rooms.

入住體驗相當不好，高度懷疑好評是刷出來的。
1.酒店應該是印度人的；前台、客服人員均是印度裔；住客的話，也一半是印度人。房間裏、走廊上，有一股很難聞的酸臭氣息，我懷疑就是所謂的咖喱味。
2.房間面積很小。
3.硬件設施很差，床頭兩側無任何可供手機充電的設施；衞生間乾濕不分；裝修老舊。
4.衞生條件堪憂，沙發上有污漬、其他各處均看着不大乾淨的樣子。
5.位置較偏。
6.早餐相當相當簡陋。
這樣的酒店，居然要1000+每晚，完全沒有性價比。是本次新西蘭之行，體驗感最次的，沒有之一。
