Extended Stay America Suites - Princeton - West Windsor

Good hotel for a night stay, right off route 1 and close to many restaurants.

Very horrible there was many of complaints to the front desk about the shower being broken. The manager refused to switch rooms and became very nasty and rude the house keeping staff attacks customers.

The room was basic and adequately clean; there was only one trash can. There were no bedside plugs for charging electronics. There was no coffee or tea in the room. No cups or plates were provided in the kitchen area. But the most upsetting thing was that they advertise breakfast but only provided a "grab and go" that consisted of a few sugary granola bars, some sugary packaged muffins, and some packaged oatmeal. We counted on having breakfast, we paid for breakfast, we were in a hurry, and this was extremely disappointing and caused delays in our trip because we had to find a place that offered breakfast. They should be ashamed of themselves for advertising themselves as a place that offers breakfast. Most hotels and motels have a small 24 hour coffee bar with granola bars and serve an additional breakfast in the morning, which can be as little as some yogurts, bagels and cream cheese, cold cereal and milk. This is false advertising.

The rooms and hallways smelled of cigarettes and **** and our room was incorrect and they put us in a smaller room

The elevator was out of order. We had to pull our luggage by stairs. It was a great Joke in the name of breakfast

Already noted, no elevators no courtesy from the front desk staff deliberately given 3rd floor room at 3 am knowing the baggages would be heavy to carry from the stairs. Rooms were damn smelly (smoky) lots of noise sroung the rooms.

I arrived late. The elevator was out of order - had been all week they said. So I had to trek up to the 3rd floor with my luggage to my room. The front desk guy helped me - nice guy. The room was freezing, Forced hot air, so either too hot/too cold. Lights in the room did not work near the bed. I was too tired to go down to the lobby to get new bulbs, so I just dealt with it. The room was clean. It's bare minimal - no carpets on floor. Could have used an extra blanket. little kitchen in the room - so if you were there for a few days, that would be nice.. but not if the elevator is out! The front desk people are very nice. Breakfast was granola bars and packaged oatmeal and coffee.

Dirty, noisy & smelled like cigarettes. Only stayed here because i needed to be close in the airport before my flight in a snowstorm

This hotel is amazing I will spend the night here all of the time I love it staff are amazing
