It was a ok stay nothing special

The room was excellent. When we had an issue, the manager took care of it immediately, which was greatly appreciated. This is our second stay here and will be staying again.

We had a great stay! Like anyone, I was skeptical about staying at a Super 8, but it was clean and safe. We stayed in a king room and it happened to be upgraded, which was great! It had laminate floors, new painted grayish blue walls, and the sink was definitely new. Not sure if the other rooms are upgraded but it was worth the king price. We didn’t check out the breakfast though so no opinion there. I highly recommend staying here—and this is from a girl that LOVES a good Hilton hotel.

Average rating because it was just that. We got what we paid for happily, especially being on a budget.

Horrible experience - ******* and this hotel falsely advertised a 5 person room, but only gave us a room where 4 could sleep (2 double/queen beds). We made a reservation for 5 adults several weeks prior, and the hotel staff even confirmed that our reservation was for 5 people. However, they would only gave us a room for 4 people, and were not prepared to give us a cot or a roll-away bed. It was Christmas Day and my family had traveled all the way from Indiana. It was 10 pm at night, and I begged them for an hour for a cot or a 2nd room so that 5 people could actually sleep, but they refused. My son ended up leaving and had to drive 30 minutes away to stay elsewhere. What scrooges! This hotel had plenty of free rooms available, and they openly admitted that the reservation was for 5 people, but they they would NOT fulfill the reservation. They expected me and my parents and my adult kids (all over 20 years old) to sleep 3 in a bed. REALLY??? - Who sleeps 3 people in a double/queen bed???

When we arrived in our 1st room, we noticed the sheets were stained, so we then moved to another room, we found that the toilet was loose, and very low. Towels were very stringy! We did not appreciate that we had to walk by someone smoking by the door to get into the hotel.

Comfortable room. Reasonable price. Convenient for our needs. Brought our own sandwiches but plenty of fast food places nearby.

The carpet was so dirty it turned our socks black. Garbage in the room wasn't changed. One dim light on the bathroom. No light in the shower. Pillows were horrible.
