第一次去漢川，搜了一下還是所謂5星級酒店，價格也不低，定下入住後，房間設施很老舊，前台服務很差，態度不耐煩，讓我大失所望，入住體驗太差了。

工作人員態度極差。。。房間隔音極差，第一天不知道是哪個房間，鬧鐘還是門沒關好，從凌晨一兩點響到早上七八點。。。忘帶口罩，問前台拿一個説沒有了。。。

今天讓我見識了，一個縣城的酒店如此蠻橫，無素質，大家應該都知道 酒店是為了客人佳的舒心，而不是讓客人住完 堵心的吧，第一天我在網上訂了兩個房間 一間套房 一間單間，第二天續住的時候 去前台，我準備也在網上訂，前台的人 讓我直接在前台定，還説網上價格和前台價格一樣，實際上前台更貴，最後我們就在前台續費 她説多少錢 就多少錢，她拿出了
POS機，直接掃的我們付款碼，我們也沒有看掃了
多少錢，前台就説 可以了，也把房卡給我們了，最可笑的是 我們退房了 ，按金也退給我了，飛機都要起飛了 前台給我打電話 説 少收了我300，叫我趕緊付錢，催命一樣，還説我不接電話，飛機接你的電話嗎？我想告訴你們酒店 甚至前台，我們沒有不付房費 ，你自己拿POS掃的，你説少收了 就少收了嗎？ 你要為自己在工作的失誤
承擔責任，而不是一味的讓我們客人來幫你承擔，甚至我都有理由認為 你拿POS機收了 該收的房費，客人退房離開之後你又要詐騙客人嗎？嫌酒店工資低了嗎？ 以此來行騙嗎？ 獲取更多的利益嗎？
我一下飛機開機 看到這個自稱 酒店前台的短訊 真的是讓我大開眼界，我會附上短訊截圖 希望酒店經理能聯繫我 而且還是拿着客人訊息 發短訊，侵犯我們的私隱，短訊內容不僅罵我們個人 還罵整個城市

前台態度很差 不知道是想做業績 還是啥 明明在網上預訂了。去了之後説沒有訂單。讓我在門店在買。説讓我把網上的訂單取消了。訂單上面寫的很清楚超過七點就不能取消訂單。 又説沒有我的訂單 又説讓我在網上取消訂單 搞不懂他們是怎麼操作的。衹感覺很無語。 後來聯繫了後台客服客服説有我的訂單
