Vienna Hotel (East Railway Station)

The skylight on the ceiling is a bit outrageous. I was woken up by the light when I was sleeping in the morning.

The room is very clean and big. It is not small at all for a family of four. It is very convenient to the high-speed rail station. The front desk staff is very enthusiastic and parking is also convenient.

Because we booked a room with a bad orientation, we stayed there for two nights. Every day when we entered the room, we had to turn on the air conditioner. After two nights, my child and I had sore throats. On the third day, we asked the hotel to change a room. It was much cooler and we didn’t have to turn on the air conditioner at all! I guess our room was the only one in the hotel that had the air conditioner on all night. As a result, we changed the room too late. The child had a fever and tonsillitis. After returning to Beijing, we had to receive intravenous drips twice. This hotel experience was really not good! Moreover, the room cleaning was a bit slow. We marked it for cleaning when we went out in the morning, but when we came back from a day of strolling, our room had not been cleaned yet!

I ended my trip to Handan with my 78-year-old parents. In order to take the high-speed rail back home, I chose to stay in this hotel on the last day of the trip. Vienna Hotel and Yun Hotel share a building. The front desk staff of the hotel are patient and meticulous in serving guests, and the service of the room staff is also responsive. The 3-person room we stayed in was very large, and the "Xiaodu, Xiaodu" smart nanny can help you complete some indoor operations. Breakfast is on the 5th floor of the hotel, with a rich variety of ingredients, both Chinese and Western. A very good stay experience. A suggestion: replace the hotel's small soap with foam hand soap; the quality of disposable slippers can be improved to be perfect!

I changed my schedule temporarily and didn't book the hotel in advance. I searched and found this place. The location is far from the city center but the price is right. It is on the same floor as another hotel, and the elevator distinguishes the two hotels. The facilities are complete, clean and tidy, and the breakfast is not bad. Xiaodu smart curtains, and robots deliver meals. What's speechless is that the delivery at 11:30 in the middle of the night made the wrong room number, and the phone call disturbed my sleep 😪, and the sound insulation effect is not very good.

Although it is a new hotel, the room is small and the air conditioner is not working. It is useless for the staff to fix it. I caught a cold. The same goes for breakfast. They were too busy to serve it. And compared with other Vienna hotels, it is a bit out of grade.

The room was great, clean and tidy, all intelligent, the kids loved chatting with Xiaodu. The service staff was very good, parking was free. The most important thing was that the breakfast was very rich, both kids and adults loved it. I sincerely recommend it to everyone.
